Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site CFO position at JAI BHAWANI WORLDWIDE LIMITED in Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi. The CFO will lead IPO readiness efforts (target : April 2026) and oversee financial planning, statements, and reporting. The role includes strengthening financial performance, managing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding the finance team through accurate analysis, reporting, and overall financial management.

Qualifications

Preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in SME-IPO processes .

Expertise in financial planning , preparation of financial statements , and financial reporting .

In-depth understanding of financial regulations , policies , and corporate governance .

Proven leadership with excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting;

professional certifications such as CPA / CFA are an added advantage.
