Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with business goals across SaaS and staffing sectors.
Manage the full content lifecycle : ideation, creation, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.
Produce B2B content—blogs, whitepapers, case studies, web copy, emails, and thought leadership.
Collaborate with SMEs, recruiters, product teams, and leadership to craft compelling narratives.
Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.
Partner with SEO and design teams to optimize content for visibility and engagement.
Use analytics to refine strategies and report on content performance and ROI.
Support internal comms and employer branding to enhance talent engagement.
Stay current on trends in SaaS, staffing, and emerging tech to guide content planning.
Requirements :
5–8 years in B2B content marketing, preferably in IT consulting, SaaS, or tech staffing.
Proven track record in content strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of B2B content.
Solid grasp of SEO, inbound marketing, and digital best practices.
Experience with editorial planning, cross-functional collaboration, and project management.
Proficient in tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, etc.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear, engaging content.
