Financial Controller- (Chartered Accountant)

Reporting Line, Team Size & Authority

• Reports to : Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
• Key stakeholders : Board of Directors, leadership team, external auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
• Team size : Directly manages a core finance leadership team of 6 6 (e.g., Accounting Manager, Tax Manager, FP&A Manager, Treasury lead); overall responsibility for the finance & accounts function across locations of approximately 15 20 staff.
• Authority level : End-to-end accountability for the finance function with authority to approve financial transactions, vendor contracts, and payments within agreed budgets and delegated thresholds; signatory authority on bank accounts and financial documents as per company policy; empowered to engage external advisors and auditors and to make hiring and performance decisions within the finance function subject to final approval by the CEO / Board.
