: Senior D2C Ecommerce Sales Head

Role Overview :
We are seeking a Senior D2C Ecommerce Sales Head to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer (D2C) online sales operations. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role focused on accelerating online revenue, optimizing performance marketing, and building high-conversion ecommerce funnels for premium fitness products. You will be instrumental in increasing unassisted online sales, owning website and marketplace growth, and architecting rapid, repeatable growth systems in a fast-paced, high-ambition environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and expand the D2C ecommerce channel.
- Build and execute data-driven strategies to increase unassisted online sales contributions.
- Own and optimize the full ecommerce funnel from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention.
- Strategically manage media buying budgets across digital platforms (Meta, Google, programmatic, etc.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies that balance premium positioning with volume growth.
- Scale D2C sales via website and leading online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Work closely with the content, design, tech, and fulfillment teams to create seamless buyer journeys.
- Implement growth hacks and experimentation frameworks to unlock rapid sales loops.
- Analyze customer behavior, traffic sources, CAC / LTV, and conversion rates to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing on new launches, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
Required Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in Ecommerce sales, with significant D2C experience (preferably in premium or tech-enabled consumer products).Proven track record of scaling ecommerce channels both via brand website and third-party marketplaces.Strong grasp of performance marketing, funnel optimization, CRO, and media budget management.Experience in using growth hacking techniques to build and automate sales engines.Deep understanding of digital buyer behavior and customer lifecycle in high-ticket D2C categories.Analytical mindset with strong command over ecommerce analytics, A / B testing, and attribution modeling.Entrepreneurial attitude with a bias for action and experimentation.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).Preferred Experience :
Background in fitness, wellness, consumer electronics, or luxury lifestyle D2C brands.Familiarity with Shopify or headless ecommerce systems.Understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer commerce, and organic growth channels.Opportunities & Impact :
