Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Salesforce Developer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce technologies, including CRM customization, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce DevOps, and automation tools like Flows. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.

Must Have Skills :

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development

Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform customization and configuration

Expertise in Apex programming and Triggers development

Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components

Experience with SOQL and SOSL for data querying

Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows for automation

Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX)

Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)

Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements

Customize Salesforce CRM using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows

Develop and maintain complex Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs

Build and optimize SOQL / SOSL queries for data retrieval and manipulation

Implement Salesforce DevOps best practices, including CI / CD pipelines and version control

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions

Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables

Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in production and sandbox environments

Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features and proactively implement enhancements

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team

Ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices and governance policies
