Data Engineer / ETL Developer - Talend / Power BI

Job Summary (List Format) Data Engineer / ETL Developer (Talend / Power BI) :

• Study analyze and understand business requirements to deliver end-to-end business intelligence solutions.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines ensuring data quality and integrity primarily using Talend Enterprise / Open Studio or Informatica.
• Load and integrate data from heterogeneous sources such as Oracle MSSQL file systems FTP services and REST APIs.
• Design and map data models to convert raw data into meaningful insights and build / maintain data catalogs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive data documentation for algorithms models and parameters.
• Analyze historical and current data to support better business decisions.
• Apply technical enhancements to improve existing business intelligence systems.
• Optimize ETL processes for better performance monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Lead and oversee team deliverables ensuring adherence to best development practices.
• Participate in or lead requirements gathering and analysis activities.
• Utilize Power BI to build interactive visually appealing dashboards and reports (good to have).
• Collaborate effectively demonstrating strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Maintain high motivation independence and accountability in work.
• Work with multicultural teams and interpret instructions for both executives and technical staff.
• Required : Up to 3 years of experience with at least 1 year in Talend Enterprise / Open Studio and strong skills in SQL ETL and data modeling; knowledge of Java or Python preferred.
• Preferred : Experience with Power BI for business intelligence reporting.
