About the Job : We are seeking a proactive and skilled Process Automation Engineer to join the Managed Identity team at Cyderes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code with a specific focus on automating IAM-related processes across our portfolio of existing customer environments, helping to drive efficiency, consistency, and compliance in identity operations.

You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions for Identity Managed Services. Your work will directly support security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Java, or Ruby to streamline identity and access management (IAM) processes
• Automate manual monitoring tasks to enhance efficiency and platform oversight
• Leverage technologies such as Azure, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Okta, AWS IAM, SailPoint IIQ / ISC, and CyberArk to address automation gaps and improve IAM workflows
• Partner with security, cloud infrastructure, and application teams to identify IAM automation opportunities and implement tailored solutions
• Engage with senior stakeholders to manage expectations, prioritize work based on evolving business needs, and ensure timely delivery
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM automation workflows and operational support procedures
