Location : Hyderabad, India

Work Hours : EST Time zone

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals.

🔹 Manage and maintain candidate documentation (Document Management Coordinators / Care Management Coordinators).

🔹 Stay in regular contact with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🔹 Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.

🔹 Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

🔹 Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to align expectations and processes.

🔹 Participate in job fairs, conferences, and recruitment events.

🔹 Collaborate with staffing agencies and external partners when required.

What We’re Looking For :

🔹 Strong understanding of the US healthcare recruitment process.

🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

🔹 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

🔹 Flexibility to work in EST timezone.
