Key Skills :
Design, develop and testing of On board / Off Board Charger and DC DC Converter for Inhouse development as well Out source supplier product verification & Validation
- Design, develop, and test power electronic systems, including inverters, converters, and power management systems.
- Create and optimize PCB layouts for power electronics components.
- Develop control algorithms for power electronic systems.
- Perform simulations and analyses to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Conduct prototype testing and validation to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineers, to integrate power electronics into larger systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in power electronics technology and implement them in ongoing projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
- DFMEA, DFM,DFS
- Safety & Regulatory requirements on EV Charger
- EMI / EMC Compliance as per AIS 156 & ECR 10 for EV application products
- Support the transition of designs from prototype to production, including troubleshooting and resolving design issues.
- Perform circuit simulation utilizing software like PSIM, MATLAB, and LTSPICE etc.
- Good experience in testing equipment handling like DSO, Power analyser…etc
- Co-ordinate fabrication of PCB board
Work Experience
5 or more years of demonstrated successful experience in Switch mode power supply, DC- DC Converter, Inverter design and testing.Professional experience with the design, analysis, and / or testing of High frequency switch mode power supply products for EV application.Professional experience in Altium,Hyper links etc.
