Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
- Architect and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and flow designers.
- Drive ServiceNow CMDB architecture, data modeling, reconciliation, and discovery implementations.
- Lead ServiceNow ITOM implementations (Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and innovative ServiceNow solutions.
- Oversee complex system integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Integration Hub, and third-party enterprise systems.
- Define and enforce development standards, governance models, and platform best practices.
- Act as a technical SME and mentor to junior developers, ensuring knowledge sharing and capability building.
- Engage in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on solution architecture, security, compliance, and process automation.
- Provide technical leadership in RFPs, solution design discussions, and pre-sales activities as required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience with at least 3+ years in a lead / architect role.Strong background in software / application development prior to ServiceNow specialization.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory.Preferred certifications : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ITSM Implementation Specialist, ITOM Implementation Specialist, CMDB / CSDM Certifications.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Experience :
Proven leadership experience guiding development teams in enterprise environments.Hands-on expertise in large-scale ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM implementations.Experience working with global deployments and multi-stakeholder governance.Pre-sales, solution architecture, and client-facing engagement experience.(ref : hirist.tech)
