Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager -Cloud Security- Agentic AI!

In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform threat modeling across applications and infrastructure deployed on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

Experience in Container Deployment Methodologies

Conduct risk assessments of existing and planned systems, identifying potential vulnerabilities and threats.

Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure security is integrated into the SDLC.

Track and coordinate the remediation of identified security issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Provide guidance on security best practices for Azure services including Azure AD, Key Vault, Azure Defender, and more.

Provide guidance on Kubernetes practices for Azure

Support internal and external security audits, and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).

Stay current with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

8+ years of experience in Information Security with at least 4+ years focused on cloud security.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure security services.

Deep understanding of threat modeling frameworks (e.g., STRIDE, DREAD).

Proven experience conducting risk assessments and managing remediation processes.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.

Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and secure cloud architecture principles.

Preferred Skills :

Azure Security certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)).

Experience with security tooling (e.g., Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, etc.).

Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and security integrations.

Prior experience in a regulated environment or with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA).
