Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage teams in Quality or Operations for Banking domain processes.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with FCC, AML, and KYC guidelines within operational frameworks.
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards and SLAs.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to enhance process efficiency and service delivery.
- Provide strategic direction, mentoring, and performance management for team members.
- Identify risks and ensure robust governance and control mechanisms.
Experience : 8–12 years of experience in Quality or Operations, with relevant managerial experience in Banking processes
Qualification : Graduate (Any discipline)
