Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive to oversee the company’s financial operations and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running payroll , handling company accounts , and managing all financial and administrative documentation . This role requires a strong accounting background, attention to detail, and 4–5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing , including salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
• Handle company accounts , including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee fund transfers , vendor payments , and track company investments .
• Maintain and organize all company financial and administrative documentation , such as contracts, invoices, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
• Prepare periodic financial summaries , assist with budgeting, and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards , company policies, and regulatory requirements.
