Roles and Responsibility
Client Acquisition : Identify and approach potential clients, retailers to promote our range of Magazine.Product Demonstration : Present and demonstrate Magazine to clients, showcasing their benefits to meet client needs.Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with new clients.Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning, territory management, and strategic selling.Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and stay updated on competitor activities.Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Regularly report on sales performance and market insights to the management team.Travel : Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and conduct site visit.The Profile
Preferred candidate profile
Experience : 1-3 years of field sales experience.Education : A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, PGDM or a related field is preferred.Experience in Advertising & Marketing FieldSkills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build client relationships.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Language : Proficiency English and Hindi to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the regionThe Employer
