Hiring : Green Coffee Procurement Manager – Plantrich Group (Global Role)

Plantrich Group, a rapidly growing global leader in Organic coffee, is expanding its sourcing network across India, Uganda . We work directly with thousands of smallholder farmers under strong ICS systems, ensuring quality, transparency, and traceability.

We are now looking for a high-caliber Green Coffee Procurement Manager who can lead our procurement operations with excellence in negotiation, deep field connection, and strategic supplier partnerships.

Role Overview

The Green Coffee Procurement Manager will be responsible for :

• End-to-end procurement of green coffee from farmer groups, associations & large plantions
• Strong price negotiation with suppliers while ensuring fairness and sustainability
• Coordinating with agronomists & field inspectors
• Building long-term relationships with farmers and plantations
• Monitoring quality, field drying, hulling, transport & warehouse standards
• Managing procurement budgets, volumes, season planning & shipment readiness

What We’re Looking For

3–7 years experience in green coffee procurement (mandatory)

Strong track record in negotiations, supplier management & field operations

Excellent understanding of coffee grades, moisture, out-turn, defects & quality

Ability to work closely with farmers and lead cluster-level sourcing

Experience in India coffee belts is a strong plus

Passion for sustainability, social impact & ethical sourcing
