Finance Executive - Accounts Receivable & Billing

Wellversed is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Billing Professional

with expertise in

Tally PRIME, SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets . In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing purchase, sales, and stock data, ensuring accurate invoicing, and supporting financial reconciliation.

Responsibilities Generate SKU-wise B2B invoices in SAP

based on sales orders and dispatch data. Validate sales orders

with sales and dispatch teams for accuracy. Post accurate billing entries

in the SAP billing module. Apply correct GST codes (CGST / SGST / IGST)

based on supply type and location. Maintain organized digital and physical records

of invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and e-way bills. Coordinate with the Sales team

to share invoices and resolve billing discrepancies promptly. Support sales reconciliation and Tally-SAP matching. Prepare MIS reports

on billing status, credit utilization, and revenue. . Qualifications & Skills Proficient in SAP and Tally. Basic understanding of GST. Extremely adept at working with Excel and Google Sheets. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce.
