Ciklum is looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to join our team full-time in India.

About the role

As a Junior Compliance Analyst, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project of a global product engineering and digital services organization operating across healthcare, fintech, travel, sportswear, entertainment, and security domains, delivering high-impact solutions to Fortune 500 and fast-growing businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Perform background checks of candidates and third parties
  • Coordinate with Background Verification providers to initiate and follow up on required external checks and review BGV reports and resolve discrepancies while aligning decisions with the Head of Risk & Compliance and stakeholders when needed
  • Manage payment workflows to BGV vendors including requests, documentation, invoicing, and payments according to internal procedures
  • Support compliance activities and initiatives including preparation of presentations, materials, and reports

Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle repetitive work
  • Passion for learning and quick learner mindset
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to create clear and articulate presentations in Google Slides for senior management
  • Result-oriented approach
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of the organization and working knowledge of effective interview techniques
  • Upper-intermediate English level

  • Experience in third-party due diligence
  • Experience in ABC, AML, and sanctions compliance
