Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and convert qualified leads into successful site visits and closures.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate property options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Stay updated on current market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to ensure maximum conversion.
- Coordinate with developers for inventory, offers, and site visits.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM on a real-time basis.
Required Skills & Knowledge :
Strong understanding of Pune's real estate market (East, West, or North zones).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence in handling clients and negotiation.Professional presentation and consultative selling approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong follow-up discipline and target orientation.Basic computer and CRM knowledge.Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles.Freshers with strong communication and learning mindset can also apply for trainee roles.What We Offer :
