eLearning Instructional Designer - Whatfix Tool

We are seeking a highly skilled eLearning Instructional Designer with expertise in Whatfix to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and creating interactive digital adoption solutions and guiding end-users in effectively utilizing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business processes, workflows, and pain points.
• Design, create, and deliver interactive Whatfix guides, walkthroughs, and other user-centric learning materials tailored to the customer's requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Whatfix and advocate for best practices in its usage to ensure maximum adoption and impact.
• Review created content for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established quality standards.
• Conduct usability testing of Whatfix content and continuously improve based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and customer success teams, to deliver exceptional digital adoption solutions.
• Provide training and support to the customer's stakeholders and end-users on Whatfix content utilization.
• Maintain documentation and version control of all created guides and training content.
