Key Responsibilities
- : Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across assigned bank branches
- .Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in the assigned territory / account
- .Drive and monitor sales activities across multiple branches to maintain a healthy business funnel
- .Take ownership of each sanctioned case, ensuring timely closure and fulfillment of customer requirements
- .Regularly share business performance updates with relevant bank stakeholders
- .Travel as needed across assigned branches or locations to support business goals
- .Collaborate with backend teams to resolve pending cases and ensure smooth operations
- .Manage a team of sales executives, providing them with guidance, motivation, and performance oversight
- .Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting, and PowerPoint for business presentations
- .Work in a high-performance, target-driven environment with accountability for sales numbers and budgets
- .Plan and manage sales budgets effectively to optimize results
