Experience : 12 years +

Key Responsibilities

  • : Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across assigned bank branches
  • .Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in the assigned territory / account
  • .Drive and monitor sales activities across multiple branches to maintain a healthy business funnel
  • .Take ownership of each sanctioned case, ensuring timely closure and fulfillment of customer requirements
  • .Regularly share business performance updates with relevant bank stakeholders
  • .Travel as needed across assigned branches or locations to support business goals
  • .Collaborate with backend teams to resolve pending cases and ensure smooth operations
  • .Manage a team of sales executives, providing them with guidance, motivation, and performance oversight
  • .Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting, and PowerPoint for business presentations
  • .Work in a high-performance, target-driven environment with accountability for sales numbers and budgets
  • .Plan and manage sales budgets effectively to optimize results
