Experience : 5 to 8 years of teaching experience.

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Professor in Community Health Nursing to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in teaching, research, and mentoring nursing students in the field of community health.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, prepare, and deliver theory and practical sessions in Community Health Nursing.

Guide students in community health projects, field visits, and clinical postings.

Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students’ research and academic activities.

Participate in curriculum development, review, and academic planning.

Conduct internal assessments and evaluate student performance.

Engage in community outreach programs and promote health awareness initiatives.

Support departmental and institutional academic events and committees.

Contribute to research publications and professional development activities.

Required Skills and Competencies :

Strong knowledge of Community Health Nursing concepts and practices.

Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
