Role : Business Development Executive

Location : Mumbai (On-site)

Experience : 0-2 years

Role Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the company's customer base and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNI), corporate clients, and partners, and assisting in developing strategies to drive revenue growth. This role provides a dynamic learning environment, with exposure to the luxury aviation industry and career growth opportunities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to attract new business.
  • Work closely with senior business development managers to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate sales leads.
  • Support in negotiation and closing deals, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
  • Stay updated on aviation industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships or relevant experience in luxury / HNI sales is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Passion for sales and business development, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Basic negotiation skills and an eagerness to learn high-impact deal-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to client needs.
  • Interest in the aviation, travel, or luxury sectors is preferred.
