Role Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the company's customer base and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNI), corporate clients, and partners, and assisting in developing strategies to drive revenue growth. This role provides a dynamic learning environment, with exposure to the luxury aviation industry and career growth opportunities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer experience.Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to attract new business.Work closely with senior business development managers to understand client needs and tailor solutions.Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate sales leads.Support in negotiation and closing deals, ensuring smooth transaction processes.Stay updated on aviation industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships or relevant experience in luxury / HNI sales is a plus).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.Passion for sales and business development, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.Basic negotiation skills and an eagerness to learn high-impact deal-making.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to client needs.Interest in the aviation, travel, or luxury sectors is preferred.
