Job Overview :
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for Pratra. The ideal candidate is skilled in identifying exceptional talent and has experience working in the technology sector, preferably within the travel domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and align on candidate profiles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs by engaging passive candidates.
- Organize and participate in networking events and job fairs to boost company visibility and attract top talent.
- Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate information and recruitment activity records.
- Continuously refine recruitment strategies based on data, trends, and feedback to improve hiring quality and efficiency.
Requirements
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the tech industry.Proven ability to source and engage candidates through various recruitment channels.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.Knowledge of the travel or tech industry is a plus.Benefits
