What You’ll Be Doing :

Analyze financial data to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Negotiate commercial terms with vendors, partners, and customers

Manage contracts in collaboration with the legal team, ensuring compliance and risk

mitigation

Develop and implement financial strategies for optimized performance

Identify and manage financial and commercial risks

Ensure adherence to legal standards and financial regulations

Offer commercial insights and financial guidance to drive business decisions

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on financial and commercial

goals

What We’re Looking For :

5–8 years of experience in finance, commercial strategy, or contract management

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen

Basic legal knowledge (contract law, compliance, corporate law)

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred : CA, MBA–Finance, or equivalent certifications

Postgraduate degree in Finance, Law, or a related field
