We are looking for a TA Leader who can hire top talent across IT infrastructure and BFSI verticals.

What You'll Do :

Lead end-to-end hiring strategy across all functions.

Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs.

Mentor and lead a team of recruiters.

Drive innovative sourcing and employer branding initiatives.

Own and enhance the candidate experience.

Use recruitment data and tools to make smarter decisions.

Build strong vendor relationships.

What You Bring :

16– 20 years of recruitment experience (min. 5 years in a leadership role).

Proven success hiring for senior & leadership roles.

Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.

Deep understanding of sourcing tools, ATS platforms & recruitment best practices.

Passion for people, culture, and building high-performing teams.

A proactive mindset and inclusive hiring approach.
