Innorenovate is hiring for one if its clients into IT Services (Digital Product Engineering / Transformation) domain.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS :
We are looking for a high-performing and entrepreneurial sales professional who can independently identify, engage, and close new logo opportunities. You should have prior experience in enterprise B2B sales, especially in the UK or North America, and demonstrate success in hunting and opening new accounts in one or more of our target industries.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify, pursue, and convert new logo opportunities across UK market
- Target $500K USD order booking.
- Create and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Drive consultative conversations and understand client challenges
- Position the Organization's services effectively to solve client problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling solutions
- Manage full sales lifecycle - from outreach to closure
- Develop sales playbooks and go-to-market strategy
- Represent the Organization at industry events and forums
WORK EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 8 years of B2B IT services sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on UK or North America. Must have a history of acquiring new logos.SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of IT services sales cycles. Exposure to digital product engineering.Exposure to working with partnersFamiliarity with any one or two of following industries : BFSI, Transport & Logistics, Retail & E-commerce, Media & Entertainment and TechnologyExperience with consultative and value-based sellingComfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferredADDITIONAL INFORMATION
