Key Responsibilities Of Branch Manager

1. Managing and supervising branch staff : A Branch Manager is overall responsible for

the staff in its branch. They ensure that their team is properly trained and motivated to

achieve the branch's objectives.

2. Sales and Marketing : A Branch Manager is responsible for meeting sales goals and
