As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing advanced web solutions using  ReactJS  within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You’ll work on enhancing existing platforms while helping transition them to more modern frameworks and architectures. This role requires a strong understanding of performance optimization, security, and scalability principles, alongside collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital experiences. You’ll also have opportunities to mentor team members, explore emerging technologies, and contribute to shaping the future of intelligent and automated systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy responsive, scalable, and maintainable web-tier applications using  ReactJS .
• Analyze and improve existing front-end architectures to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
• Implement modern front-end practices including micro-frontends, server-side rendering, and reusable component libraries.
• Conduct unit and integration testing using frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library to ensure code quality.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and efficiency across browsers and devices.
• Contribute to CI / CD processes, version control, and deployment automation pipelines.
• Stay updated on evolving front-end technologies, suggesting and implementing practical adoption strategies.
• Communicate proactively about project timelines, risks, and technical challenges.
