Experience : 2 to 3 Years in end-to-end recruitment

• Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically in field sales and field operations.
• Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process.
• Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of hires within specified timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
