Third Party Risk Analyst :
Responsibilities :
Due diligence and contracting
- Distribution of due diligence questionnaires to suppliers via Ariba
- Assignment of risk tags and tiers in line with documented decision matrix
- Screening of Suppliers financial health using Experian Business IQ
- Screening of PEP’s, sanctions and adverse media using Exiger 3PM insight
- Reporting and escalation of out of tolerance risks to Third-Party Risk Manager & SGC
- Creation of supplier due diligence reports based on SME assessments
- Documentation of supplier risks and non-compliance with due diligence and contracting standards.
Ongoing Risk Management
Ongoing monitoring of financial risk, PEP’s, sanctions and adverse media, initiating risk management procedures with SDL’s for out of tolerance risks, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.Distribution of annual / bi-annual risk re-assessment questionnaires (internal), monitoring and escalating non-completionStakeholder support and query management.Supporting with execution of offboarding procedures as required.Reporting
Documenting and reporting changes in risk and non-compliance with TRPM procedures, including risk identified during due diligence, contracting, re-assessments, risk monitoring and offboarding.Capabilities :
Excellent customer service.Strong Excel spreadsheets & data analysis skills.Knowledge of Procurement processes and third-party risks management.Experience screening and reporting supplier risks (preferred)
