Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Clinic Manager. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with medical regulations. They will also be responsible for training staff, developing policies and procedures, and coordinating with various departments to provide seamless care for children. The Clinic Manager will liaise with parents and caregivers to ensure their concerns are addressed and maintain an inclusive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of Medicine and healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in Training staff and developing policies
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a pediatric or healthcare setting is a plus
• 3-5 years experience in hospital or related
