Job Description :

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain records of all receivables, collections, and adjustments.
• Post customer payments and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Prepare and present aging reports to management.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation when required.
