Role & Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors / agents to drive business growth.
- Guide advisors in prospecting, pitching, and closing life / health insurance sales.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through effective team management.
- Conduct regular training programs, team meetings, and joint field calls with advisors.
- Support advisors in business planning and performance improvement.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and IRDAI regulations.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
