Job descriptionDesign and develop high-quality Pega solutions aligned with best practices. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver customer value. Take ownership of assigned stories and ensure timely, quality deliverables. Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Mentor junior developers (for Tech Lead role) and ensure adherence to Pega standards. Work flexibly in a second-shift schedule (2 PM – 11 PM) to support project needs. Pega CSSA or CLSA certification (highly preferred) Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation UX and modern app interfaces Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and team collaboration abilities

- Report Definitions and Pega Security
- Strong understanding of Pega best practices and guardrails
