Lemon Yellow LLP is a rapidly growing company, and we're seeking a passionate Project Manager to join our team and help us maintain our upward trajectory. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget, while fostering a collaborative and successful team environment.

What do we need from you

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Uphold a process-driven approach and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Risk Management

  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to safeguard project success.

    • Team Leadership

  • Foster a collaborative and motivating environment for your team.
  • Conduct regular meetings, address challenges, and celebrate achievements.

    • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks clearly and effectively.

    • Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage project budgets effectively, making adjustments as needed.
  • Implement cost-control measures to meet financial goals.

    • Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and exceed client expectations.

    • Tech-Savvy

  • Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Zoho is a plus.
