This role will drive localized storytelling, manage CRM and retention programs, and collaborate across global marketing, content, and design teams to deliver engaging, relevant, and high-performing communication for the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer engagement, and creative strategy, with a passion for wellness and Ayurveda. You will be responsible for ensuring the brand connects meaningfully with Latin American audiences through data-driven content and retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Localization Strategy : Develop and execute content plans tailored to Latin American consumer behaviour, cultural nuances, and wellness trends. Localize brand communication across email, social, and website channels in Spanish and / or Portuguese.
- Creative Coordination & Influencer Tie-ups : Act as the creative liaison for the region - working closely with global brand, design, and production teams to develop assets, copy, and campaigns aligned with TAE's brand voice and aesthetics. also plan influencer tie-ups
- CRM & Retention Marketing : Own CRM programs (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications) for Latin America. Define customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and retention strategies to improve repeat purchases, LTV, and engagement.
- Campaign Planning & Execution : Lead end-to-end planning for regional campaigns - from concept and content briefing to execution, QA, and performance reporting.
- Analytics & Optimization : Analyze content and CRM performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, retention KPIs) to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with the global eCommerce, product, performance marketing, and creative teams to align Latin American initiatives with global strategy.
- Customer Voice & Brand Advocacy : Act as the brand's voice in the region - understanding customer sentiment, feedback, and evolving preferences to refine messaging and experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in content, CRM, or retention marketing - preferably in D2C, beauty, skincare, or wellness brands.Marketing Expertise : Strong understanding of content strategy, lifecycle marketing, CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and retention tactics.Creative Sensibility : Excellent eye for brand storytelling, visual alignment, and content that resonates with culturally diverse audiences.Analytical Mindset : Comfortable interpreting marketing data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.Entrepreneurial Drive : A proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in dynamic, fast paced environments and can work independently across time zones.Cultural Understanding : Deep appreciation for Latin American consumer culture, wellness mindset, and digital content preferences.What We Offer :
