VP - Strategy(2-6 years)

Key Responsibilities :

Founder’s Office & Strategic Projects :

Lead and support high-impact special projects for the Founder / CEO including new business initiatives, performance tracking, and operational improvement programs.

Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.

Board & Investor Relations :

Manage all aspects of investor communications including updates, QBRs, and financial reporting.

Coordinate board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including agenda planning, content development, and logistics.

Serve as the liaison between the leadership team and current / prospective investors.

Corporate Finance :

Lead the Annual Business Planning (ABP) process and develop long-range financial forecasts (1-year & 5-year plans).

Collaborate with business heads and finance teams to align assumptions and finalize business plans.

Support the CEO in preparing for key reviews with the Board, Investors, and Senior Leadership.

Corporate Development :

Drive inorganic growth initiatives including.

Mergers & Acquisitions - Support due diligence, deal evaluation, and transaction execution.

Spearhead core team member initiatives, including compliance, investor materials, and roadshow preparation.

Qualifications & Skills :

CA(compulsory),MBA from a reputed institution.

Experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Business Consulting or Investment Banking.

Strong financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.

Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

High ownership, agility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferences :

Former entrepreneur with hands-on business building experience.

Prior experience with Tier 1 / 2 Investment Banking Firms or Big 6 in their Deal / Transaction Advisory Division.
