Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Agra. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies to drive loan advisory services in the assigned region. Daily tasks include leading a team, coordinating with financial partners, overseeing client interactions, managing documentation processes, and ensuring compliance with banking and financial regulations. The role also involves achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing continuous support and coaching to the sales team.
