The Expert in Learning & Development will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning strategies and programs. Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the organization's objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
8-10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on strategic planning.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
