Position : Assistant HR Manager

Experience : Minimum 3 years of Experience in (FMCG or Manufacturing preferred)

Salary : 50,000 per month (based on experience)

Qualification : MBA / Master’s in HR or related field

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Statutory Compliance by ensuring adherence to all labour laws, audits, and government regulations.
• Handle HR Sourcing through effective recruitment strategies, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Oversee Payroll Management, including attendance, salary processing, and statutory deductions.
• Coordinate On-boarding and Off-boarding activities, ensuring smooth employee transitions and documentation.
• Maintain and update all HR Documentation, employee records, and reports accurately.
