A 3 year Hotel Management Degree / 3 year Diploma Qualified hotel management professional with experience in renowned star hotels;
Oversee and optimize all aspects of our F&B operations
Responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing F&B orders, staff, and finances.
To maximize sales and revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding guest expectations, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
Implementing innovative strategies and maintaining high standards, will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our F&B department and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
Identify guests needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Establish targets, KRAs, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures.
Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
