Role Overview

You’ll own the design, build, and maintenance of 10+ recurring automations across GoHighLevel , Zoho , and supporting layers like Google Sheets , webhooks , and lightweight Python scripts . The job is execution-heavy : diagnose broken workflows, build robust integrations, and ensure data flows reliably across CRM, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation workflows inside GHL (pipelines, triggers, custom actions, webhooks).
• Set up and optimize Zoho CRM / Zoho Flow automations for lead routing, enrichment, sequences, and reporting.
• Create supporting logic with Google Sheets , formulas, and Apps Script where needed.
• Use Python for tasks that go beyond nocode (API polling, data cleaning, custom transforms).
• Integrate 3rd-party APIs, handle auth, error-handling, and re-tries.
• Debug, refactor, and document existing automations.
• Ship 10+ automation tasks per month with clear success criteria.
