Senior Supply Chain Solutions Consultant (Remote Contract)

Schedule : 12 PM – 9 PM IST

Platform Expertise : Manhattan SCALE (latest release)

Location : Remote

Engagement Type : Contract

Rate : $20-$25usd per hour

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Manhattan SCALE to join the global delivery team of an established Implementation Specialist, largely focused on the US. This role involves working on advanced supply chain execution projects, ensuring seamless implementation and optimization for enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive full-cycle deployments and support for Manhattan SCALE.
  • Configure and tailor modules such as Warehouse , Transportation , and Labor Management .
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system enhancements.
  • Integrate with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and external logistics systems.
  • Develop documentation, testing frameworks, and training resources.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for solution design and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan SCALE (including at least two end-to-end implementations).
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL Server, .NET, and RF device connectivity.
  • Familiarity with EDI and integration frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Experience in offshore delivery models.
  • Knowledge of cloud-hosted SCALE environments.
  • Exposure to analytics tools like Power BI.
  • Relevant certifications in Manhattan SCALE or supply chain technologies.
