Job descriptionIn-Hand Salary : ₹9,000 Gross Salary : ₹10,000 Earning Potential : ₹65,000 / month ₹40,000 Base Salary Up to ₹25,000 Incentives Conduct 180–200 minutes of counselling calls per day. Make 120–150 outbound dials daily to prospective students / leads. Guide students through course selections, program details, and enrollment processes. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions. Achieve daily / weekly performance targets. Generate small but achievable revenue targets through enrolments. Provide excellent communication, follow-ups, and guidance to potential applicants. Undergraduate students / graduates can apply. Strong communication skills in English & Hindi. Ability to dedicate full-time work hours. Basic understanding of counselling, sales, or customer interaction is a plus. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

About the Role

Training Period Compensation
- Stipend : ₹10,000 (10% TDS applicable)
- Incentives : Up to ₹15,000 (from Week 3 onwards)
- Training Duration : 45–90 days
