Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Ocean Export

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end process of Export shipments including Invoicing and Costing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding their shipments.
• Should have experience in handling DG shipments.
• Timely and accurate shipment execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as pricing, sales, and CHB, to ensure all shipment requirements are met.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export laws, and other relevant policies for ocean shipments.
• Maintain all data in shared folder.
• Prepare and review export documentation, such as AMS, ISF, Manifestation, VGM and review commercial invoices, and packing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Liaise with customs brokers, carriers, CFS, Surveyor and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth clearance and transport of goods.
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
• Responsible for sending DSR, and review the shipments on monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly basis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
