Job Title : Associate Digital Merchandiser (Bundles, Search, Specialty Merchandising)
We are seeking two motivated & detailed Associate Digital Merchandisers to join our Digital Merchandising Team. These roles will handle various initiatives across premium banners, product bundles, limited time offers (LTOs), national savings events, (NSEs) & on-site search. One position will also own the Premium Banner Merchandising Strategy, including curating localized experiences based on division and brand insights in collaboration with divisional digital teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of the Premium Banner Merchandising Strategy, crafting tailored experiences for premium banners. Utilize division and brand specific insights to design distinctive, locally resonant customer experiences, while partnering closely with divisional digital teams to align on strategic priorities.
- Lead merchandising execution of our National Savings Events (NSEs) by building curated carousels based on prioritized item lists from cross-functional partners.
- Conduct UAT and validation for Tier 1 holiday items (e.g., turkey, roasts), curated by division and zip code (20–30 versions), and PZN experiences; escalate issues or confirm content quality as needed.
- Perform post-holiday campaign reporting (Add to Cart Adobe reporting, category performance via PowerBI), including pulling and creating summary tables.
- Implement on-site search strategies to boost customer engagement, including trending terms updates for events and holidays in coordination with the onshore team. Manage production briefs and conduct live UAT. Perform monthly audits of redirects and synonyms, escalating issues to category merchandising partners as needed. Oversee search and aisle banner placements and evaluate performance through monthly reporting.
- Lead the execution of merchandising activities including product bundles & limited time offers (LTOs). Partner with onshore Digital Merchandising team as well as cross-functional stakeholders to ensure flawless implementation across digital platforms.
- Build bundles in ESCP following the approved onshore Category Management strategy; review final curation with the onshore team to ensure accuracy. Conduct UAT in both preview and live environments to validate bundle functionality. Perform weekly bundle performance reporting and conduct monthly audits to verify proper tagging across all bundles. Configure division-specific bundle versions for Tier 1 campaigns and ensure they meet established quality standards through thorough UAT.
- Execute LTO updates via merchandising tactics (e.g. pinning in DMCP carousel) as directed by onshore Category Managers. Ensure timely and prominent placement of high-priority campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
