Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Zendesk Consultant. The Zendesk Consultant will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Zendesk platform, configuring workflows, and implementation, providing end-user training, and supporting clients with troubleshooting and technical assistance. Daily tasks will include analyzing client needs, developing solutions to improve customer support processes, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and configuring Zendesk platform
• Skills in troubleshooting, providing technical support, and end-user training
• Familiarity with workflow configuration and customization
• Understanding of customer support processes and best practices
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the CRM industry, specifically with Salesforce, is a plus
