Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at UNCOVER Wellness in Gurugram. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
