We need a growth mind who can make every paid click, email, and WhatsApp touch feel just as considered.

YOUR NORTH STAR

Own the entire revenue engine—from the first impression on Meta to the post-purchase WhatsApp ping—so that blended returns stay high and CAC stays sane . All performance bonuses tie back to that single scorecard.

Essential Qualifications & “Must-Haves”

  • 3–5 yrs hands-on Meta and Google campaign ownership (≥ ₹30 lakh lifetime spend).
  • Can explain cost-cap maths, value-based look-alikes and how you segment a 50 k list into win-back, replenishment, and VIP.
  • Loves rapid-fire testing; kills ads on data, not ego.
  • Directly managed both prospecting and retargeting funnels in fashion / beauty / lifestyle.
  • Built or owned Klaviyo (or similar) automations and WhatsApp broadcast journeys.
  • Written ad copy, email subject-lines, and WA messages yourself (attach samples).
  • Comfortable with GA4 + Excel / Sheets pivots; can produce a weekly ROAS / CAC deck.
  • Proven record of scaling budgets while improving ROAS / CAC, not just maintaining.
  • WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE

    Paid-Media Engine - End-to-end buying on Meta & Google : audience design, bid strategies, cost-cap control, scaled only when return justifies.

    Lifecycle & CRM - You design, write, automate, and optimise our Klaviyo flows and Interakt / WA journeys—welcome, browse-abandon, cart-recover, post-purchase, win-back. List health, deliverability and prepaid nudges sit with you, not someone else.

    Creative & Copy Loop - Brief the Art Director / Creative Lead on deliverables, write hooks / headlines yourself, sunset weak creatives fast. Messaging must feel premium, never pushy.

    Funnel & CRO : Track GA4 and Meta events, diagnose VC→ATC leaks, brief dev & designer when landing blocks need love.

    Forecast & Reporting : Monday AM deck for founders : paid ROAS, email / WA revenue share, CAC, margin impact, next experiments.

    DAY-TO-DAY SNAPSHOT

  • 09 : 30 — Dashboards check : bids / caps, Klaviyo flow metrics, WA CTR.
  • 10 : 30 — Desk huddle with Art Director + Buyer : sync creative needs & drop dates.
  • Late morning — Launch new tests (value-LAL, subject-line A / B, WA prepaid bump).
  • Afternoons — Write hooks, prune under-performers, tag new flows.
  • Fridays — 30-min review with founders (wins, fails, next-week plan).
  • NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Experience reducing COD / RTO while scaling Tier-2 traffic.
  • Basic HTML for email block tweaks.
  • Personal taste in contemporary menswear / quiet-luxury brands.

  • Offer within 24 h.
