Your key responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an understating of basic payroll concepts. Proactively expand shadow payroll knowledge through client assignments and stay current with payroll developments
  • Analyze / prepare shadow payroll inputs for accurate withholding tax and social security calculations
  • Respond to inquiries from in country teams, seniors, managers regarding payroll issues or concerns
  • Reconcile payroll processed data
  • Deliver high quality timely work
  • Review and Understand country methodology, withholding grids and positions, apply them to specific client needs
  • Maintain proper documentation / checklists of work delivered. Prepare dashboards
  • Develop client service and engagement skills
  • Assist Seniors and Managers on special projects, as requested
  • Establish a positive working relationship with teams

Skills and attributes for success

  • Demonstrate effective written and oral communications skills in business English
  • Good systematic, verbal, and numerical skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS office
  • End to end payroll experience (Preferred)

    • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred) Degree

    • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Good working knowledge of MS office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent Written and oral communications skills in business English
